Hello!
I have two cpus,
1) Celeron 850 mhz, 100, 128kb L2
2) PIII 700 mhz, 100, 256KB L2
Got no ieda but I guess by experience the Celeron could be better as I'm not planning intensive apps, just some retro stuff and basic office jobs, and the xtra mhz may help. Unless not.

| If it's for a laptop, you might want to check out the power management features of your Celeron. I know they didn't used to support Speedstep, and that made a big difference to battery life. |

Battery died 13 yrs ago.
Speedstep isn't an issue here, just the best cpu. |
