Does anyone happen to have any information or pictures of how this chip looks decapped? Just saw an eBay listing for one of these. I've read in a sales listing on here that there are "four crystals" underneath the heat spreader. May have to buy it to find out for myself. Thanks!

Without your post I wouldn't know that is Samsung  I got it as is without heatspreader. I thought that is some kind of Nexgen NxVL chipset so we both got to know something

Aha, neat! Glad you were able to identify your chip. Seems someone else snagged the listing yesterday, unfortunately. But glad we got some info out of it.
