Does anyone happen to have any information or pictures of how this chip looks decapped? Just saw an eBay listing for one of these. I've read in a sales listing on here that there are "four crystals" underneath the heat spreader. May have to buy it to find out for myself. Thanks! _________________ My Collection Archive |

Oh nice! Thank you Marcin! Did you get it apart with heat or brute force? _________________ My Collection Archive |

Without your post I wouldn't know that is Samsung I got it as is without heatspreader. I thought that is some kind of Nexgen NxVL chipset so we both got to know something _________________ Visit ABC CPU - Virtual CPU Museum. |

Aha, neat! Glad you were able to identify your chip. Seems someone else snagged the listing yesterday, unfortunately. But glad we got some info out of it. _________________ My Collection Archive |
