First I was IP banned in the past for spawning a few pages in tabs to look at them all at once. Then I was IP blocked with the "content scraping" crap. Which that went away now it says my IP is denied again. I swear I'm not scraping you site or downloading it or spamming it or anything. In this case it worked fine 5 days ago, I haven't used it since then today I went to use it and I'm IP banned again. What the hell is going on? I'm just trying to load your website. Why are you punishing me like this? I have followed all of you rules. I whitelisted your site in my adblocker since you don't like that (I can't uninstall ublock entirely, but I did whitelist you), what else do you want from me? Sad What did I do this time?

There's someone else experiencing the same problem, but has provided a screenshot showing an 'access denied' error page. It's a red bar on the top with a white background, were you redirected to that page - https://imgur.com/A1IvHjD? I need to know which error you got as the content scraping page and the access denied page are distinct errors caused by different problems, so being clear on this would be very helpful.

Did you try using a proxy or a VPN? If you did, were you able to access the CPU pages?

Well apparently nevermind.. now it works. It was a red message saying IP denied access or something like that. At the time earlier I just gave up and used my phone on 4G and looked it up there (different IP address) to get the information for this project computer I'm working on then I forgot all about it for a few hours. And now I go to the site and it works on my computer on my home network. I didn't change anything or do anything. Just suddenly now it works. I have no idea what's going on.

I don't think most of us know what's happening either. The site admin is not around much, so it may take a while to get a definitive reply, I know the other large thread about it gets very few replies.

If you're wondering I was working on setting up a Dell Wyse 5070 thin client to get it working on windows and it was stuck on 1500 Mhz CPU core clock. I couldn't find any information online in google if it was supposed to boost above that or not so I was trying to look up it's J5005 CPU here in cpu-world just to see if it has turbo boost and if it does what it should be boosting to. Once I saw on your site that it indeed should be boosting to 2.8 Ghz I then started diagnosis to find out why mine wasn't doing it and ended up replacing the power supply with a bigger one, now it works. I was only trying to look up 1 CPU on 1 page on your site and nothing else. The last time I was here 5 days ago I was looking at a lot of xeons to try to find the one with the highest boost multiplier but I made sure to only load about 5-6 pages per 30-60 seconds so I wouldn't trigger anything like what happened before. I'm trying to follow your rules and use your site how you want it used. I don't know why it blocked me before. I may never find out.

I also started getting access denied which I suspect is down to my SIV utility getting Edge/Chrome/etc. to directly open such as https://www.cpu-world.com/sspec/SZ/SZ935.html.

For now I have compiled out the code that did this and hope I can restore it in time.

I deleted all the cpu-world.com cookies and this got me unblocked

Now I'm blocked again today, see here: https://i.imgur.com/Kkaxqmo.png

I'll try clearing cookies in a bit.

This time I haven't even loaded the website at all since when it worked last night. No chances to my system. No other pages loaded on cpu-world.com at all. I just went to bed then woke up and see this trying to load the page linked above by the other user red-ray.

I'll try clearing cookies in a bit.

Something has changed, I typed https://www.cpu-world.com/sspec/SX/SX954.html into Edge and got as below, but my IP address is not blocked for other www.cpu-world.com URLs, as yet anyway.

Given I typed the URL into Edge I did not expect it to get blocked and wonder why it was.

Access denied
This IP address is blocked.
We deny access to:

Open proxies
Addresses within data center IP ranges
Automated requests and most types of bots
Visitors that post spam in comments and/or forums, attempt to circumvent site security, or scrap the content of our site.

I would like to get SIV to do as below, why does it get blocked?

I just tried an example to test. I just picked a random processor from the home page:
https://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/K10/AMD-Phenom%20II%20X4%20820%20-%20HDX820WFK4FGI.html
^^ This works and loads fine.

If I try to load https://www.cpu-world.com/sspec/SX/SX954.html it says I'm blocked.

I tried a few random other processors from the AMD K10 family, many of them work. It appears that "being IP blocked" is only for specific listings (I'm unsure which listings at the moment) but not all of them. So it isn't an IP block. It's just that some parts of the website appear as IP blocked. I don't know if this will help anyone diagnosing this issue but I just wanted to add another data point with information.

It seems quite keen on blocking URLs that come from ShellExecuteEx().

I don't know if this is intentional of not, it would be helpful the the webmaster clarified what is happening.

I was blocked an hour or so ago, but for me, clearing cookies and the cache fixed it.

I haven't used this website in several days since the 15'th. I just now went to go look up something and now it says I'm IP Banned on literally every single page on the entire website. Suddenly I can't use the website at all. Why are you doing this to me? It worked fine (Except for that one page) 10 days ago and now this? I guess I'm using my phone to access your site now.. this is very f'ing annoying! I wish you would fix this.

Hot links from M$ Teams fail, why? I just got as below.

It would be good if a webmaster told us what was going on.
