I have not seen a A80502 only BP80502

even it is BP instead of A it is still fake

PODP with those small capacitors were never made to 166MHz, if my memory is right

the 166MHz part is PMMXODP, which got a green PCB at the place of those capacitors

PODP3V166 exist, and I have one.

I don't think BP80502166 with heatsink and capacitors are fakes. I think Intel maybe had a too much big stock of Overdrives and converted them as Boxed cpus.

But for the A80502166 above, it is a fake, without any doubt.
