I believe the warranty only applies to the original purchaser.
Their phone number is 1-866-600-2367 and they are on Pacific time. |

Hi guys! Sorry to bring up this old topic.
First I'd like to say thank you it worked !!! I got the RMA Number for my free none working 17" LCD !
Now, I need to know how to do step 2
How do I ship this RMA monitor out to the given address ?
What do I do ? Do I need a special mailing paper or ???

Told ya )
If you havent got a large courier set up, you can either - Ask a friend who has, OR use Canada post.
Would usually cost around £10-15 to ship something like that over here.
I must say though, I am dissapointed for you that they have not offered to collect. Most monitors are offered with an ONSITE warranty. _________________ 4000+ chips.

...yeah ! Well, at least I got the RMA # , could be worst
Guess I'll just go use talk to my local UPS first befoe going all the way with Canada post. I know they'll have to put some sorta special RMA paper on the box for me to get results.
Anyway, thanx again folks (Sam) !

Hey Sammy - if you see this message, read your PMs. I sent you a reminder about shipping a Slot A processor to me last Tuesday, but you still haven't read it!!!! If you're waiting for me to appear on MSN, remember that I'm currently not online from home so won't be on MSN for a while... _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.
