Why should INKMARK be removed before thermal test ?

probably because ink may have influence on the final results. ink most probably have diffrent heat dissipation than the radiator alone. maybe that's why the print is laser now

Yes, ink on the surface must slightly decrease thermal conductivity, almost negligible effect I think.
Question remains: why do not sumply use small font and print only "AM8420097223"?
