probably because ink may have influence on the final results. ink most probably have diffrent heat dissipation than the radiator alone. maybe that's why the print is laser now

Yes, ink on the surface must slightly decrease thermal conductivity, almost negligible effect I think.
Question remains: why do not sumply use small font and print only "AM8420097223"? Very Happy

maybe the warning is not about the print itself but for hand-written marks

Perhaps the ink stinks when it gets too hot during the thermal test? Very Happy
