"Pls remove -mark with a fla- razor before running thermal test"
My try...
What should be removed with what before the thermal test?
Nice chip anyway! Love these non standard chips! _________________ My collection: http://www.cpucollection.se :::::: http://www.chipdb.org Photos of chips you never knew existed. Now over 6000 different chips in the database.

probably because ink may have influence on the final results. ink most probably have diffrent heat dissipation than the radiator alone. maybe that's why the print is laser now _________________ Power without the price. |

Yes, ink on the surface must slightly decrease thermal conductivity, almost negligible effect I think.
Question remains: why do not sumply use small font and print only "AM8420097223"? |

| maybe the warning is not about the print itself but for hand-written marks |

Why should INKMARK be removed before thermal test ? |
Perhaps the ink stinks when it gets too hot during the thermal test? |
