This one is a BGA processor. I think you meant micro-PGA T2300E which fits socket M.
T5800 requires different socket - socket P. If I remember correctly the fastest socket M CPU is T7600.

Yes, it should be a mPGA T2300E.

Thanks for pointing out this. But how to recognize the socket M processors and the socket P processors? Socket M = 667 MHz bus and Socket P = 800 MHz bus?

No, that'd be too easy. All mobile processors with 800 MHz and higher FSB are socket P. There are also socket P processors with 533 and 667 MHz FSB. You can use CPU chart to find just socket M processors:

Select "Socket M" in "Socket Type" field.
