Hi to all!
I bought one ES P9600 CPU from eBay. I have one problem with it; the BIOS shows just "Genuine Intel @ 2.66ghz" . It is posibile to write, to edit bios or cpu to be able to see full spec of CPU "Genuine Intel P9600 @ 2.66" ?
Thanks

to edit bios - yes but it's not easy
or cpu - no

Try to update m\b with last bios version first of all

Use this program:
http://www.cpu-world.com/Download/CPU_identification.html

or CPU-Z, WCPUID, or similar program to see the specs of your processor.

Who cares what the BIOS says, so long as it works?

Very Happy
