hmm, what kind of dirt is this on the chip? is it hardened glue or the rest of a tape? _________________ INTEL CPU´s, Peripheral,Ram,Eprom... & many Datasheets @ www.cpu-galaxy.at |

All you need to do is rub the glue off with some hydrocarbon solvent...acetone, alcohol, Naptha paint thinner, etc.
