Unreleased first-generation Core mobile CPU?

Some rare parts, The first two have a large core and use pins similar to BGA1288, but there is no middle pins. The latter two use two cores of the same size, BGA1288 pins.
They seem to be very early samples, not even released.
Any info? Thank you.

QGFL seems like the BGA version of QGFK. Probably same die size too.

The two processors with large dies are probably BGA Bloomfields, or Clarksfields.

I suppose Intel was interested in getting a mobile BGA quad-core for some reason, so they cooked up a weird test part for that purpose.

QGFL is listed as Thermal Test Sample with 0 working core.
